WILL MY FIREARM ORDER SHIP TO MY HOME?
By federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped to a customer’s residence. We can ship to your choosing that is near you. Select from our available list during checkout, or have your chosen destination provide, referencing your name and order number, after purchasing.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH GUNBUYER?
Our shopping cart can be accessed by the link in the upper-left or menu icon corner of all pages. You can put the items you would like to purchase in this cart while you continue to shop. Placing an item in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can delete the item from your cart later. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories or search for an item by typing it into the search bar. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on “add to cart.” Once your cart contains all of the products you would like to purchase, click on the “View Cart & Checkout” button to finish your order. HOW CAN I CALCULATE MY SHIPPING COST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ORDER?
All purchases can be ship . Place the products you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Next, click on “View Cart & Checkout” button at the top right. Click the arrow to the right of “Estimate Shipping & Tax” and select your Country, State, and Zip Code. You will then be able to see your available shipping options.
PLEASE NOTE: All handguns will ship UPS 2nd Day Air for Free. All long guns will ship UPS Ground for Free. Expedited shipping options are available for additional cost. Accessories & ammunition will ship based on UPS Live Rates based on the weight and destination. Ammunition can not be expedited and must be shipped UPS Ground.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that qualify for free shipping will go to the initial shipping address provided by the customer (or the address on your dealer’s FFL if the item is a firearm). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the dealer will accept the transfer and will be available to receive the package(s), i.e. on vacation, out sick, temporarily closed. If a package must be redirected, the customer is responsible for charges incurred at a rate of $18 per package.
HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing times prior to shipment of firearm orders are normally one to three business days providing the information for your purchase is provided to us. Non-firearm orders normally process for shipment within one to three business days after we receive your payment.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number via the email address you provided for your account. When your order is shipped you will receive another email with your UPS tracking number.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER VIA EMAIL?
Please call to reach any associate. We would be happy to send you another copy and/or confirm your order and email address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
To track your shipment, open your email containing the UPS tracking number. Click on the link to track you order.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Due to the sales tax law changes the past couple years, tax may be charged depending on your home state. The tax is calculated based on your location.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS AND OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Those wishing to pay using money order or cashier check have that option on the payment section of checkout (the address to mail these payments is noted next to this payment option.) You have up to 5 business days for our payment department to receive your money order/cashiers check.
Please Note: If you do not pay with credit card or ACH we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your cashiers check and/or money order.
DO YOU CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES
We do not charge an extra fee for payment via credit card or cryptocurrencies.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, our billing address verification (AVS) is very sensitive. If you place an order and do not receive an order number the transaction DID NOT successfully process. In this situation the charge you see is a pending hold that was authorized by your bank, but that we declined to accept. These holds should be released by your card issuer. Please contact your financial institution to find out how long they will take to release a pending hold.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?
Fortunately , we do sell or ship outside the United States

Due to shipping restrictions, we are still able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASE?
Our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend that you check to understand their warranty policy. You have the option to purchase . You can view more details on the product page where you have the option to add this additional service.
DO YOU REQUIRE A SPECIAL LICENSE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, we do not require a special license to purchase. There are restrictions on some of our products and we do ask that you are aware of your local and state laws prior to placing your order with us.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED IT TO YOU?
No, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any additional items to your order. Our orders are sent automatically to our warehouse for picking and shipping. You will have to place an additional order with GunBuyer for any additional items you may wish to purchase.
HOW LONG DO ITEMS STAY IN MY WISHLIST?
Any item you place in your Wishlist will be there for 6 months. After six months, the item will not appear in your Wishlist.
I DON’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address into the field provided. Hit “Reset Password” and you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password .
I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME A 10% CANCELLATION FEE?
The 10% cancellation fee covers our bank processing fees and administrative costs of changed orders. The 10% charge applies to your total order. Our business is not set up to cancel of change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these fees, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT I ORDERED THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT TYPE/SIZE.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT?
As with most technology there are times when errors occur and We do not guarantee that product titles, descriptions, or photos are 100% accurate. If you have a concern regarding a specific item please contact us prior to purchase. We reserves the right to correct any errors on our website that are discovered.
WHY DO SOME WAREHOUSES SHOW DIFFERENT PRICES?
We ship from multiple warehouses and at times run specials independently depending on a number of factors such as freight costs, special one-time purchases, overstocks, etc. A cheaper price does not mean the firearm or product is used or blemished. Prices may vary but the product you receive will be the same regardless of warehouse.
